中国政府奖学金（国别双边项目/A类）Chinese Government Scholarship (Bilateral Program / Category A)
-本科（仅限中文授课专业）、硕士、博士、进修生均可申请;
-申请流程及材料要求请查看各项目招生简章（申请硕士和博士项目的申请人必须上传意向导师签字的导师同意接收函，否则不予审核）；
-中国教育部根据与有关国家政府、机构、学校以及有关国际组织签订的教育合作与交流协议或达成的谅解而提供的全额奖学金或部分奖学金。各个国家申请时间不同（一般为11月至3月之间），请直接向本国的中国驻外使(领)馆及有关部门咨询。录取文件由奖学金受理机构（本国有关部门和中国驻外使(领)馆）发给本人；
-具体信息请登录中国国家留学基金委网站(http://www.csc.edu.cn)了解具体信息；
-需向我校申请预录取通知书的中国政府奖学金（国别双边项目/A类）申请人，请在系统选择中国政府奖学金A类。提交申请后两周内，我校将对符合基本要求的学生发放预录取通知书。预录取通知书仅用于帮助申请人申请该类奖学金，不代表学校及奖学金最终审核录取结果。
-Undergraduate (Chinese-taught programs only), master’s, doctoral and visiting scholar applicants are all eligible;
-Please refer to the admission information of each program for application procedures and document requirements（Applicants to Master’s and Doctoral Programs must upload a Supervisor Acceptance Letter signed by their intended supervisor. Otherwise, the application will not be reviewed.）;
-Offered by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in the form of full or partial scholarships under educational cooperation and exchange agreements or memorandums reached with governments, institutions, universities and relevant international organizations of respective countries. Application timelines vary by country (generally between November and March). Please consult the Chinese Embassy or Consulate‑General in your home country and relevant local authorities directly. Admission documents will be issued to applicants by the scholarship receiving authorities (relevant local authorities and Chinese Embassies/Consulates‑General abroad);

-For applicants of the Chinese Government Scholarship (Bilateral Program / Category A) who need to apply for a pre‑admission letter from our university, please select Chinese Government Scholarship Category A in the application system. Within two weeks upon submission of your application, our university will issue a pre‑admission letter to applicants meeting the basic requirements. This pre‑admission letter is solely to facilitate your application for this scholarship and does not constitute the final admission decision of the university or the scholarship authority.
