根据上海市人民政府办公厅《关于调整第二届中国国际进口博览会期间公众休息日安排的通知》精神，2019年中国国际进口博览会期间11月4日、5日调整为休息日。11月4日（星期一）的教学工作安排与11月2日（星期六）对调，11月5日（星期二）的教学工作安排与11月9日（星期六）对调，即11月2日（星期六）、11月9日（星期六）上课、上班。

Notice on adjustment of Class Schedule
Dear Students:
According to the notice of General Office of Shanghai municipal people's government on the adjustment of public rest days during the second China international Import Expo, November 4th and 5th during the 2019 China International Import Expo will be adjusted as rest days.
The teaching schedule on November 4th (Monday) was switched from November 2nd (Saturday), and the teaching schedule on November 5th (Tuesday) was switched from November 9th (Saturday). Namely we will work and study on November 2nd (Saturday) and November 9th (Saturday).

遵守中国的法规、学校的校纪校规，尊重中国的风俗习惯，认真学习，提高出勤率。
Obey Chinese laws and all rules and regulations of TJU and respect Chinese Customs. Keep the hard-working and guarantee the attendance.
《中华人民共和国刑法》第357条的规定：毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺（冰毒）、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其它能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品。
As stipulated in Section 357 in The Code of Criminal Procedure:Drugs refer to opium, heroin, methamphetamine (ice), morphine, marijuana, cocaine, and other narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances that can cause addiction which are regulated by the State.
《同济大学学生违反校纪校规处分条例（2016年修订）》第一章第十五条“凡参与吸毒、贩毒者，给予开除学籍处分，并移交司法机关处理。”
And it is regulated in Article 15 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on the Disciplinary Actions of Students of Tongji University (Revised in 2016): “Any person who participate in drug abuse or drug trafficking is dismissed from school and handed over to the judicial authorities.”
要保管好现金和贵重物品，手机、手提电脑、数码相机等应随身携带或托人保管，离开时要关好门窗、锁好抽屉及房门，以防失窃。
离开宿舍、住处前要检查用水、用电、用火安全，检查是否关好水龙头、切断电源，防止火灾、触电及其它安全事故的发生。
Please take care of your valuables, such as laptop, camera, cell phones, etc. Make sure lock the windows, drawers and doors before you leave. Check the water, electricity before leaving the house or dorm.

Beware of any messages or calls of fraud
请不要去人员密集的旅游地或市区等地方，以免发生踩踏事件
Please do not go to overcrowded tourist attractions, downtown areas, etc, lest any stampede take place.
