各位中国政府奖学金生，
根据国家留学基金委的要求，对于目前在华的中国政府奖学金生，每月生活费将正常发放；对于已经离境的中国政府奖学金生，将暂停生活费的发放，并于学生接到通知返校后一并补发。
奖学金生须遵守学校及中国政府的相关防控规定，如有违反，将严肃处理，并视情况取消奖学金资格。

The Notification of Issuing Living Allowance to CSC Students During The Epidemic Period
Dear CSC students,
According to the requirements of CSC, to the students still living in China, the monthly living allowance will be issued continuously; to the students who have already left China, the monthly living allowance will be postponed for the time being, and resumed when the students come back after receiving the back-to-university notice (the due allowance of the gap months will be made up).
CSC students must follow the rules of covid-19 prevention and control of the university and Chinese Government. Whoever breaks the rule will be severely dealt with and the scholarship might be suspended.
