Notice & Safety tips for 2020 Summer Vacation
根据学校放假安排,2020年7月20日至9月3日为暑假。
暑假期间工作日将有老师在留学生办公室(衷和楼705)值班
周一至周五:上午8:30-11:30,下午13:30-16:30
According to the summer vacation arrangements, the vacation is from July 20th to September 3rd, 2020.
International Students office (Room 705, Zhonghe Building) working hours and arrangements are as follows:
Office hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30-11:30 AM &13:30-16:30PM
请同学们理解并继续配合学校做好疫情防控工作,关于下学期的教学安排,请等待后续通知,并与学院保持联系。
Please understand that all the measures are taken for the health and safety of yourself and all the people around you.
You are expected to keep in contact continuously with your school by learning the latest notice of next semester arrangement.
放假期间请注意以下安全事项:
Below are some security tips.
1、遵守中国的法规、学校的校纪校规,尊重中国的风俗习惯.
Obey Chinese laws and all rules and regulations of TJU and respect Chinese Customs.
2、校内住宿学生要遵守学校校园防控管理措施,不随意出入校园。学校将继续提供学习生活等各项保障服务。
Those who live on campus need observe the prevention and control regulations and do not leave the campus without permission. Sufficient services will continue to be provided on campus.
3、谨防各类诈骗短信或电话
Beware of any messages or calls of fraud
4、假期期间,希望大家把感染风险降到最低。在必须外出的情况下,要遵守政府及公共卫生部门的要求
请所有在华外国人遵守疫情期间的相关法律(详见链接)。
During the holiday, all the students are expected to reduce the covid-19 exposure risks to the minimum level. Under the condition that outdoor activities are necessary for you, please make sure to follow local government’s and public health department’s requirements. International Foreigners in China during the COVID-19 outbreak period must abide by the following laws. (see details in the link below)
