参照国家留学基金委要求，现已开放2023/2024年奖学金博士生延长留学期限申请，相关要求如下：
According to the regulations of China Scholarship Council, the application system is now open for extending the duration of study for PhD students for the Year 2023/2024. The requirements are as follows:
1、申请对象：
预计2023年7月或2024年1月毕业的中国政府奖学金博士生，并且从未获得过奖学金资助期限延长。
Eligibility: PhD recipients of Chinese Government Scholarship who are projected to graduate on July 2023 or January 2024, and have not been granted the extension of the Scholarship.
2、申请博士生奖学金期限延长时，建议选择一学年，并且累计不超过一学年。
You are recommended to apply for the scholarship extension to cover for one academic year (up to a maximum of one academic year).
3、申请中国政府奖学金期限延长，须参加并通过年度评审，方可具备申请资格。
You are required to participate in and pass the Annual Review.
4、申请流程：
a. 即日起至2023年4月26日向学院提出延长申请，由学院向研究生院提交oa报告，办理学籍延长手续；
Submit an application for extension to your College from now until April 26, 2023,and the College will submit an oa report to the Graduate School for study duration extension;
b. 于2023年4月26日前发送导师信息（包括导师中文姓名、邮箱、手机号）至邮箱yedan@tongji.edu.cn。导师信息必须真实有效并且准时提交，否则将无法参与后续评审；
send the information of your supervisor (including his/her Chinese name, e-mail address and cellphone number) via e-mail to yedan@tongji.edu.cn before April 26th, 2023; note that the information must correct and valid, or you may not participate in the following steps;
c. 2023年5月5日起至5月14日登录csc系统（http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）完成学生年度评审和博士生延期申请。
log in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) from May 5th to May 14th, 2023 to finalize the Annual Review and the extension application.
年度评审参照以下图示完成：
Application Procedures：
1、参评学生通过CSC号登录至信息系统；
Log in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System with your CSC number;
2. 参评学生选择“奖学金年度自评”
Click “Annual review of scholarship”;
3. 学生进入自评页面，根据要求填写相关内容，上传成绩单等附件信息；
On the self-evaluation page, fill in the required info and submit your transcript and other materials into the attachment;
4. 填写完成并上传附件后，勾选承诺条款，点击提交。
