Job responsibilities:

l Responsible for the daily operation and management of live streaming platforms, including live streaming setup, program planning, content creation and filming, as well as interaction management within live streaming rooms.

l Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers, to enhance brand influence and exposure on social platforms.

l Gain insights into user preferences and demands in the Southern European and other Spanish-speaking markets, and develop tailored live streaming content and marketing strategies.

l Act as a live streaming host to promote products and drive sales, ensuring engaging and entertaining live content to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

l Continuously explore innovative and attractive live streaming content, collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging live events, and enhance brand awareness and user loyalty.

l Collect user feedback and conduct data analysis to adjust and optimize live streaming content and operational strategies, aiming to improve live streaming performance and user satisfaction.

Job requirements:

l Bachelor's degree or above, native Spanish & Persian speaker with fluent English communication skills.

l Some understanding of digital marketing, with experience in content creation and publishing on digital and social media platforms.

l Passionate about the live streaming industry, with knowledge of local markets' culture and consumer habits; candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred.

l Excellent performance skills and eloquence, able to express oneself fluently during live broadcasts; candidates with acting experience are preferred.
