To 2020-2021 CSC scholarship & Shanghai Government Scholarship students:
According to the relevant scholarship policy, we are going to organize Chinese Government Scholarship & Shanghai Government Scholarship students to be annually reviewed. Please download the form for annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship or the form for annual review of Shanghai Government Scholarship status from the website of international students office（http://study.tongji.edu.cn/）.After completing the form (get the comments and stamp from your department and supervisor), please hand in the annual review form and your transcript of the latest academic year to the International Students Office (room 705, Zhonghe Building) before April 20th 2020. Students off China shall submit the form for annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship or the form for annual review of Shanghai Government Scholarship to the school or college by email. The form will be reviewed and then the signed and stamped form will be submitted to the International Students Office.
Students of the International School do not need to hand in the materials to International Students Office, please participate in the annual review organized by the International School.
Annual review is a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the Chinese Government Scholarship & Shanghai Government Scholarship students in our university. What’s to be reviewed includes academic results, learning attitude, attendance, behaviors, rewards and punishments. Those students who cannot pass the review or do not participate in the annual review for no special reasons will not be eligible for next year's scholarship.
