比赛项目：
拔河（Tug of Sar）
比赛规则：
（1）双方分别站在距绳中央红线1.5m河届处，待哨声响后方可开始将长绳向己方向拉动。率先将中央红线拔过己方河届的一方获胜。若双方相持不下，则2分钟后以中央红绳偏向哪一方判定胜负。
（2）采取抽签分组、单循环淘汰制决出前三名，颁发相应的奖品。
Rules:
(1) Teams stand 1.5m away the central red line and should not start pulling until hearingthe whistle.
(2) Single round robin. Top three teams will be awarded prize.
跳长绳（Group Rope Skipping）
比赛规则：
（1) 团体项目。每队10人，其中8人跳绳，2人甩绳，男女不限。
（2）各队在长绳一端依次排好队形。待哨声响后计时开始，队员依次进入长绳，经跳跃一次后离开作为一次。队员必须在长绳中经历一次完整挥绳过程后离开方可计入比赛结果。计算2分钟内各队跳绳总数决出胜负。结束瞬间那一次计为有效。前三名颁发相应的奖品。
Rules:
(1) It is a group game. Each team is made up of 10 people (8 for rope skipping and 2 for rope swinging).
(2) Game begins after the whistle sound. The players should jump one by one. Number of each team’s skipping will be counted and teams with the most skipping in 2 minutes will be the winners. Top three teams will be awarded prize.
趣味障碍赛 （Funny Obstacle Race）
每队四人参赛，女生不得少于一名
each team comprises 4 people,1 girl at least.
第一关：指压板跑道跨栏；(此关参赛者不允许穿鞋)
the first pass: we will use a special massage board to build a track. Participants will do hurdle race on it. (participants can not wear shoes or even socks in this pass.)
第二关：穿好指定衣物跑步到下一关；
the second pass: after the first participant get to the finish line,the second participant starts to put on specific clothing,after our staff everything is good,they run to the finish line of the second pass.
第三关：端球跑（乒乓球拍端高尔夫球）；
the third pass: after the second participant get to the finish line,the third participant need to carry a golf ball by using atable tennis bat.
第四关：第三关的队员完成完任务之后到第四关，将第四关队员的双脚提起，第四关的队员用手前进至终点。
the forth pass: after the third participant get to the finish line,the third participant need to lift the forth partipant's legs, and the forth participant run to the finish line by using their hands.
足球技巧 (Football Skills)
每队2人，每人各选一项，男女不限
each team comprises 2 people, one for each item, both boys and girls can take part in this game.
（1）不间断颠球大赛 （Juggle football）
比赛规则：
颠球不能中断，不可碰手，每次落地脚不超出赛前指定区域。每队一名选手，每个人有两次机会，成绩取两次其中次数较多的成绩。
Rule:during the juggling, participants cannot use their hands to touch the ball. every participant will have 2 chances, we will take the result of the better round.
（2）带球绕杆比赛 （Running with the ball）
带球前进，完成规定路线，不得超出指定的区域，比较完成的时间。每队一名选手参加，每人两次比赛机会，记录完成一次所用时间为最终成绩。
Rule：the participant runnig with the ball and finish the certain routine, each participant will have 2 chances, we will take the result of the better round.
篮球团队技巧赛 (Basketball Skills)
每队5人，男生3人，女生2人。 女生分别编号1号和2号；男生分别编3号，4号，5号。
Each team comprises 5 people, 3 boys and 2 girls. Girls will be numbered as No.1 and No.2; Boys will be numbered asNo.3, No.4, and No.5.
比赛规则:

如图所示:计时开始后，女生1号在位置①投篮，若球进，则将球传给女生2号；若球没进，则继续投进为止。
as the picture below show: after the game starts, girl No.1 shoot at position No.1, if it goals then girl No.1 passes the basketball to girl No.2; otherwise, girl No.1 keep shooting untill it goals.
女生2号在位置②投篮，若球进，则将球传给男生3号；若球没进，则继续投进为止。
girl No.2 shoot at position No.2, if it goals then girl No.2 passes the basketball to boy No.3; otherwise, girl No.2 keep shooting untill it goals.
男生3号在位置③投篮，若球进，则将球传给男生4号；若球没进，则继续投进为止。
boy No.3 shoot at position No.3, if it goals then passes the basketball to boy No.4; otherwise, keep shooting untill it goals.
男生4号在位置④投篮，若球进，则将球传给男生5号；若球没进，则继续投进为止。
boy No.4 shoot at position No.4, if it goals then passes the basketball to boy No.5; otherwise, keep shooting untill it goals.
男生5号在位置⑤接球，运球穿过障碍物（凳子），以打板或是空抛的方式将球传给顺下的男生4号，男生4号的投篮必须在空中完成。若投篮未进，男生4号须自行将球打板后补进。计时结束。
boy No.5 running with the ball through the obstruction, and then passes the ball to boy No.4, boy No.4 shoot the ball in the air, if it doesn't goal, boy No.4 can shoot the ball by hitting the board.
补充注意事项:
1、每场比赛限用两球。
2、比赛过程只有场上的5名球员可以进行拾球、传球、运球、投球等动作，场外观众不得帮忙。
3、参赛选手运球绕过障碍物的动作必须交代清楚，未做或是未完整做出穿绕动作者均视为违规。
4、男生4号的最后一下投篮动作必须在空中完成，否则投篮视为无效。
5、违反上述规定一次，团队最终成绩将被延时5秒。
Note:
each team only have two basketballs.
only the 5 participants can touch the basketball.
boy No.5 must run through the obstruction otherwise it will be regared as break the rule.
if participants violate one of the note above, then the final result will be add 5 seconds each time.
本项目为计时赛。用时最少的队伍获得胜利。若4分30秒后仍没有完成，则宣布失败，停止游戏。若都没完成，则按进球数排名次。
this game is a time trial, team uses the minimum time win the game. if teams cannot finish in 4'30min then theywill fail the game.
特别说明：由于田径操场在施工，跑道无法使用，因此本次运动会没有跑步类比赛。
Note：Due to the track field is under construction, so there is no running race.

Please download application form attached below, and send the application form to fangxiaozhi@tongji.edu.cn , and due to the venue limitation, each school or college will select 15 international students to take part in this activity.
